website for Aureus Media was created as a tool for visitors
and clients to learn more about us, our products and
services, client policies, and additional information
relevant to all website visitors including the terms

Disclaimer Proposals
After
our initial meeting we will begin working on a proposal
detailing our ideas for the project based upon our conversations
and initial research. The proposal will include a detailed
estimate listing the expected costs for the successful
completion of the project. The estimate will not change
unless the client requests work items not included in
the original project scope. At that point, a new estimate
and revised contract will be submitted for your review
and approval.

Contracts
Once you are satisfied with the project proposal and
corresponding estimate, a contract will be provided
for your review. The contract will contain the project
proposal, estimated costs, payment policies, projected
delivery dates, and conflict resolution procedures.
Before the project can move forward, Aureus Media requires
all clients to approve and sign a contract.

Payment
We
require an initial deposit of 50% of the total estimate
for all design and development projects. The payment
for the deposit is not refundable and must be received
before work may commence on the project. Depending on
the scope of the project, a payment schedule for the
remaining balance will be determined based upon the
project schedule. At the conclusion of the project all
remaining balances are due. Payment is due immediately
upon receipt of any invoice.
Payment
for monthly or yearly service plans for AM Search Engine
Optimization, AM Website Hosting, and AM Website Maintenance
and Support are due upon receipt of any invoice. Yearly
service plans must be paid in full. All payments for
any service plan are not refundable and must be received
before work may commence.
All
payments must be paid with either a personal or business
check. There is a $45 (USD) service charge for any returned
checks. The products and services of Aureus Media or
designated contractors and/or vendors are not refundable.
In limited situations a credit voucher may be issued
for services and/or products paid. Please contact us
for additional details.

Media is accessible to most Internet browsers including Microsoft Explorer Version
4 or newer, and Netscape Version 4 or newer. In addition, a text version of Aureus
Media will be made available by the summer of 2003. If you experience any difficulty
